Are the items in good condition?All our items are thoroughly checked for damage, cleaned, and sometimes professionally restored before being listed on Leah’s Timeless Treasures website. However, it's important to note that vintage items may show some signs of wear or fade due to age. Despite this, we take great care to ensure that any visible damage such as stains, scratches, or wear is documented with detailed photos and/or videos. Damaged items are sold in “As Is” condition, providing full transparency to our customers regarding the condition of the products. We are committed to offering high-quality vintage items and strive to accurately represent the unique character and history of each piece in our collection.

We drop new stock twice a week at 8pm AEST, and as all of our pieces are unique one-off handpicked items, it's best to get in quick. Can I cancel or change my order after I've made a purchase?In most cases, we can cancel or change an order if it has not yet been packed and shipped. We require 24 hours' notice from the point of sale to cancel an order. Please email us at admin@leahstimelesstreasures.com as soon as possible to advise of any changes or request cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been packed and shipped, we will not be able to make changes or cancel the order. How and when are orders shipped?Leah's Timeless Treasures processes and ships all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. We dispatch orders by 2:00 PM AEST, Monday through Friday, which allows us to accommodate any last-minute cancellations or changes requested by customers. All shipments are handled through Australia Post, and your order confirmation email will include a tracking number to monitor your parcel's delivery. This ensures your order is promptly processed and dispatched, and you can easily track it to your destination for your peace of mind.

What should I do if my order is lost in transitIf your order from Leah's Timeless Treasures is lost in transit, it is important to first check the tracking number provided for your parcel. In most cases, if no one is home when the parcel is delivered by Australia Post or International Courier, they will take it to your local post office for you to pick up. However, if your order is still not located, please note that we do not provide refunds or store credits for orders that are lost in transit. If your item exceeds AUD100, it is recommended to take extra insurance protection against loss or damage, you can simply place your order as normal and then email admin@leahstimeless.com and request a quote for extra insurance for your shipment. This additional step will provide peace of mind for your purchase.

Can I return my order?At Leah's Timeless Treasures, we accept returns within 14 days from the date you physically received the item. However, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping. It's important to note that we cannot predict how an item will wear, and as a result, we will not accept returns if an item becomes damaged after use. In order for a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition, including any labels, in its original packaging and must be unused. Please be aware that we do not refund freight costs or any additional costs incurred for returning the item. Please refer to our return policy for more information. We do not accept refunds if the buyer has a change of mind for any reason after the purchase.
