Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Leah's Timeless Treasures.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Leah's Timeless Treasures, PO Box 384.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Leah's Timeless Treasures, accessible from www.leahstimelesstreasures.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Refunds

You are entitled to a refund if -

  • Your item is damaged during shipping, Buyer will need to submit photographs of the damaged item with accompanying statement of the damage in an email to admin@leahstimelesstreasures.com

  • Your item has damage that was not listed in the product description.

  • We also offer exchanges on refunded items, providing that the item/s you choose to be exchanged with is still available and is of equal value to the item previously purchased. If Buyer decides to exchange to a higher value item, Buyer is expected to pay the remainder amount owing of the item, plus shipping fees if the size and weight is greater than the previous purchase.

We do not offer refunds if Buyer - 

  • Has a Change of Mind for any reason after purchase of sale, unless Cancelling Order within 24 hours of making the purchase.

  • Did not read Size/Fit for item listed.

  • Did not read description or view pictures of 'As Is' item where item/items state defects / As is condition in product description or view photographs / videos provided.

  • Uses item and causes damage

We will process a full refund within 24 hours back to the original form of payment used only.  Please bear in mind that refunds can take up to 14 business days to view on your bank account.  

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Order providing that the product has not yet been processed for shipping and sent.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is within 24 hours from making the purchase online as we process shipping within 24 - 48 hours (2 days).

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email:

We will process a full refund within 24 hours back to the original form of payment used only.  Please bear in mind that refunds can take up to 14 business days to view on your bank account.  

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods are returned within 14 days from when Buyer physically receiving item/s

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

  • The Goods were not used or damaged

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product, please contact us immediately. Please note that we only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.  We also offer exchanges in lieu of a refund; providing that the item/s you choose to be exchanged with is still available and is of equal value to the item previously purchased. If Buyer decides to exchange to a higher value item, Buyer is expected to pay the remainder amount owing of the item, plus shipping fees if the size and weight is greater than the previous purchase.​
